Look Food theory isn’t bad I just thinking the branding isn’t good. I think they could make it way more popular and still encapsulate food theory if they rebranded food theory to business theory or Consumer Theory. Most of these episodes investigate main brand business foods like kfc, chuck e cheese, mcdonalds so on. If you were make it business theory you could not only talk about food chains and food in genreal but could also talk about a wider variety of stuff. Food is limited. Business isn’t. More possibilities exists then and the name sounds more intriguing. Thats just me

My guess is that if someone orders a half pizza they will cook a full pizza and only give them half of the pizza but then say another orders a full pizza they will cook another full pizza and use the half before and combine it so that it’s not re used just made at different times

CeC actually said maid to order.. meaning the pizzas are made new for every customer so they did kinda say that they don't recycle pizzas.. yes they should have clarified it better... But they did say that they don't recycle...
